How Your Company Can Obtain Land in the Industrial Park

The Municipality of Itapuã do Oeste is promoting local economic development through the donation of land in the new Industrial Park, intended for enterprises that contribute to the generation of employment, income and innovation.

Criteria for Participation

Companies interested in obtaining land in the Industrial Park must meet the following requirements:

Be legally constituted and regularized with the competent bodies.
Present a detailed implementation project, demonstrating the potential for job creation, planned investments and sustainability of the project.
Commit to the deadlines established for starting activities on site.
Act in priority sectors, as defined by municipal legislation.
